Taking Hangzhou as an example，this paper expounds the realistic path of the smart community elderly care service model. Based on the regional demand and local capacity，Hangzhou has made some achievements in the construction of smart community elderly care by expanding the scale of network infrastructure construction，strengthening the construction of smart community，and exploring the digital empowerment of Hangzhou smart community elderly care life mode. Through the smart elderly care service policy in Hangzhou，we promoted the implementation of services，“community smart governance online” assisted services，upgraded and optimized the municipal “Internet + elderly care” platform，and explored the digital empowerment of the elderly care life mode in Hangzhou smart community. At the same time，Hangzhou smart community elderly care service has the following problems：First，there is a lack of unified norms，and the level of standardization and institutionalization is not high；Second，intelligent technology is underdeveloped；Third，there is a shortage of intelligent elderly care talents；Fourth，the supply and demand of community elderly care services are mismatched and have poor adaptability. In response to the above issues，this article proposes the reform of the number of pension services；new ways to expand rural pension services；promote the new format of the pension industry and innovate Hangzhou social collaborative participation；cultivate Hangzhou local professional elderly service talents；strengthen the responsibility of the Hangzhou municipal government’s pension responsibilities Specific strategies with regulatory consciousness.
