This paper makes a systematic analysis and regional difference analysis on the economic operation，real estate development investment，real estate development enterprises and real estate sales of the five urban areas in Guanzhong，Shaanxi Province，obtains the characteristics and trend prediction of the development of the five real estate industries in Guanzhong from 2020 to 2021，and puts forward policy suggestions according to the problems faced by the real estate development of each urban area.
