The level of community public service is the key to solve the contradiction between people’s increasing needs for a better life and unbalanced and inadequate development level. Since the 13th five-year plan，China’s community governance has achieved obvious positive results. The construction of laws and regulations related to social governance has made steady progress，and the content of community services has been constantly enriched. In the face of the demand for increasingly complex and diversified community services，there are still problems such as low efficiency of Community Services，unsound governance system and low level of intelligence. It is necessary to strengthen overall coordination and aim to improve fine service，and push forward community governance towards openness，linkage and integration.
