Coordinating COVID-19 prevention and control，preventing and resolving urban real estate risks plays an important role in the smooth operation of regional economy. This paper analyzes the uncertainty of real estate in Shaanxi province based on the data of real estate investment，sales price and land purchase cost. The results show that the uncertainty of land purchase cost is higher than that of real estate investment and sales price. Compared with the previous year，more cities showed negative uncertainty in real estate investment in 2020，and the uncertainty of real estate market varies greatly in different regions. Therefore，the real estate industry should coordinate COVID-19 prevention and control，guide real estate investment and price stability，and further explore the implementation path of “city-specific policies” based on regional differences of the real estate market.
