From 2020 to 2021，Shaanxi Province promulgated and implemented the “Shaanxi Province Property Service Management Regulations”，which means that the relevant laws and regulations of the property management industry will be further improved and perfected. In addition，the competition among property enterprises has intensified，the internal resources of the industry have been continuously adjusted and integrated，and the operation efficiency of the property industry has been improved. However，property management still faces problems such as insufficient integration with community governance and low self-governance efficiency of owners’ committees. This report makes an in-depth analysis of the above-mentioned problems，and discusses the countermeasures to promote the healthy development of the property management industry. Resource support，promote the development of digital property services；promote the integration and innovation of property service formats，and optimize the functions of daily services. In the future，Shaanxi Province will further elaborate and refine the relevant business work in property laws and regulations，strengthen the construction of the property management industry credit system，and promote the integration and innovation of property service formats.
