As one of the important elements of organizational development，common vision is the common desire of team members in organizational development，and it is the goal that inspires all members to strive for and pursue from the heart. It brings people of different personalities together and works toward a common goal. Building a community governance model from the perspective of a common vision is a process of digging out the common vision of the multiple governance subjects of the community based on the needs of community residents and cultivating a community. With a bottom-up process，the multiple governance bodies of the community will be encouraged to participate in actions to meet the demands of residents，and the effective implementation of community participation services at the three levels of self-help，mutual assistance and public services will be guided. Based on the research carried out in Minhang Nanli Community，Sijiqing Town，Haidian District，Beijing，the article concludes that in the process of community governance in Minhang Nanli Community with the construction of residents’ councils，the cultivation of community social organizations，and the resource chain of collaborative governance，it explores the principles of “Party building as the guide，government as the impetus，people as the main force，military-civilian integration，social coordination，and cultural empowerment”，the main practices and basic experience of building a community governance community from the perspective of a common vision，hoping to provide experience for improving the efficiency of social governance and promoting the modernization of social governance in the city.
