<<In 2021,the country will enter the normalization stage of epidemic prevention and control,and small-scale clusters of COVID-19 cases will still occur occasionally in various parts of the country. At the end of the year,a relatively serious epidemic spread in Xi’an,becoming the second city with a population of 10 million after Wuhan to experience intensive epidemics. With the release of the central government’s 14th Five-Year Plan and the 2035 long-term goal proposal,the concept of housing and housing without speculation,renting and purchasing simultaneously,and city-specific policies continue to deepen,reaffirming the future development direction of real estate in Shaanxi Province. Real estate development investment slowed down,sales area and land purchase area narrowed,and Xi’an’s regulatory policies became stricter and tighter.
