本报告以上海某新城区区域供水设施建设征地补偿案例为对象，深入研究了征地带来的影响，对各类征地补偿机制的实施情况和存在的问题进行系统分析，并在此基础上，对项目征地影响、移民安置措施和补偿安置实施效果做出综合评价，针对性提出了完善移民家庭补偿安置的一些对策建议，比如：妥善处置征地人员社保、苗木赔偿、墓穴安置等问题，保持征地补偿政策的前后一致性、关联性和协同性，建立和完善征地过程的外部监测评估机制，等等。
<<This report takes a case of land acquisition compensation for the construction of water supply facilities in a new city in Shanghai as the object，deeply studies the impact of land acquisition，as well as the implementation and existing problems of various compensation mechanisms，and puts forward some policy suggestions to improve the compensation and resettlement of immigrant families.
