本研究基于上海市适老化改造的总体要求，对豫园街道适老化改造的现状、需求和改造模式等进行了深入研究，利用入户问卷调查数据，建立了社区居民家庭适老化改造的指标体系，针对适老化改造参与性不强、吸引力不大、落实工作难度大、供给匹配性不足等问题，提出了宣传推广、多渠道集资、构建街道层面方案、提供个性化服务包、建立三方合作机制、探索适老化标准等社区适老化改造的一系列对策建议。
<<Based on the general requirements of the aging transformation in Shanghai，this study conducted an in-depth study on the current situation，needs and transformation mode of the aging transformation of Yu Garden street，established the index system of the aging transformation of community residents’ families by using the household survey data，and put forward a series of countermeasures and suggestions for the aging transformation of the community.
