The study found out that Guangzhou youth volunteer service participation has the characteristics that the mobilization is administrative，the education and training are specialized，the security system is standardized，the incentive mechanism is systematic，the service objects are diversified，the service contents are routine，and the service time is fragmented. At the same time，there are pain points and difficulties such as fragmented participation time，which leads to difficulty in personnel organization，administrative mobilization methods that affect activity awareness and social recognition，lack of normalized resource guarantees，and poor matching between effective supply and demand of services. In response to the previous problems，this report puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions.
