Guangzhou，as a megacity with a population of more than 20 million，carries strong responsibility on transportation safety management. In order to fulfill the practical needs of urban transportation safety prevention and control，Guangzhou should use scientific and technological means to carry out intelligent prevention and control application practice and establish an active urban transportation safety prevention and control technology system that includes “normalize avoidance，short-term early warning，and emergency response”. This system can put forward intelligent prevention and control countermeasures in response to development trend and demand and promote the significant improvement of the active safety prevention and control level of urban transportation in Guangzhou.
