Residential quarter is the basic unit of grassroots social management. Estate management is one of the most important ways to improve grassroots social management and an important tool to promote grassroots governance. This essay investigates the innovations in the estate management under the leading of party building in Dongcheng District of Beijing in recent years，summarizes the patterns of the innovations in the estate management under the leading of party building in Dongcheng District，analyzes the existing problems and dilemmas faced by estate management，and puts forward several measures and suggestions for the problems，in order to play a reference role in improving the estate management under the leading of party building.
