Beisan County is a microcosm of the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei. The attitudes and views of Beijing-Beisan County commuters on public security can best express the security sense of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei residents. The questionnaire survey shows that 80% of commuters believe that the general security of the two places is guaranteed，but due to strict traffic and epidemic control；80% think that the traffic safety problem is relatively serious；30% of commuters believed that Beisan County were not as safe as Beijing. In response to the attitudes and opinions of the commuters，it is suggested that the coordinated development of the regional economy and society should be accelerated to build security matrix；Relevant systems and mechanisms should be established for improving to promote the coordinated governance of regional security；The principle of overall planing development and security was upheld for the benefit of the people to improve safeguard measures.
