This essay was oriented by comprehensively improving disaster prevention and reduction capacity of capital community，the construction and effect of regional integrated disaster reduction community in Beijing were introduced at first，according to development and current situation of demonstration community for comprehensive disaster reduction. Then，characteristics of typical risk events were summarized via investigation and accident case analysis in Beijing，and the dangerous factors and risk list closely related with basic level of society were established. Finally，the thoughts and suggestions for resilience capacity building of capital community were proposed in combination of typical accident feature and risk evolution trend，which is expected to practically support community disaster prevention and reduction for the capital in long term.
