In order to promote the resolution of conflicts and disputes from the source，the Beijing court system mainly promotes the practice of the governance of litigation sources by giving full play to the leading role of Party organization construction，participating in community services，relying on the “12368” hotline，improving the docking mechanism of litigation mediation，using scientific and technological advantages，and by building a typed contradiction resolution mechanism. In order to further strengthen the governance of litigation sources and promote the resolution of contradictions and disputes，it is suggested that Beijing should establish a general pattern of governance of litigation sources，integrating resources for resolving contradictions and disputes；Strengthen the study and judgment of contradictions and disputes in key fields，consolidate the basis of governance of litigation sources，and improve governance mechanism of the litigation sources.
