本报告在概述2021年“接诉即办”“每月一题”的做法和成效基础上,从成因、责任部门及政策等方面探讨了通过大数据分析推进疑难复杂矛盾纠纷智慧治理的探索创新。从“循诉治理”“循数治理”“溯源治理”“依法治理”四个角度分析了推进疑难复杂矛盾纠纷智慧治理的启示。
<<On the basis of summarizing the practice and effectiveness of “handling complaints as soon as they are received” and “one question per month” in 2021,this paper discusses the exploration and innovation of promoting the intelligent governance of difficult and complex contradictions and disputes through big data analysis from the causes,responsible departments and policies. This paper analyzes the Enlightenment of promoting the intelligent governance of difficult and complex contradictions and disputes from the four perspectives of “litigation based governance”,“number based governance”,“traceability governance” and “governance according to law”.
