In 2021，Beijing strengthened the criminal protection of citizens’ personal information，cracked down on cybercrimes infringing on citizens’ personal information，and further protected citizens’ rights and interests in personal information. From the perspective of the application of the crime，on the basis of clarifying the scope，type，quantity，purpose，authenticity and protection of legal interests of citizens’ personal information，we should further do a good job in legislation，judicial and administrative supervision，enterprise compliance guidance and law popularization publicity，and adhere to multiple effects and comprehensive treatment.
