Judging from the current situation of the Crime of Stealing Supermarkets in Beijing，we can find that this kind of crime is a typical misdemeanor，which is mostly manifested as malicious evasion and omission of bills when the perpetrator makes self-service settlement，and those who are finally sentenced to punishment are often due to “repetitious thefts”，and most of them are given a reprieve with additional fines. Although the investigation and identification of this kind of crime is not complicated，and it is indeed closely related to the psychological motivation of the perpetrators.
