The empirical analysis results show that the number of corporate crime cases in Beijing is small and relatively concentrated，the criminal units are mainly companies，and the responsible personnel have the characteristics of “three high” in job level，education level and age；The crimes involved mainly focus on the crime of violating the socialist market economic order，and the amount of crime is relatively large. In terms of criminal punishment，it has the characteristics of low criminal prosecution rate，light main punishment and inconsistent fine standard. In order to effectively control crimes，we should take multiple measures to improve the scope of criminal investigation under the law；Renew the concept and increase the punishment of responsible personnel；Unify standards and plug loopholes in the punishment of corporate crimes.
