广州市文化消费在消费水平、消费质量、公共文化供给、文化精品创作、文化消费新业态、文化融合等方面都有新的发展,然而受疫情影响也存在着文化消费潜力未充分释放、文化消费支出占比下降、城乡文化消费差异依然存在、文化产品服务供需矛盾尖锐、中高收入人群文化消费下降等问题。新时期广州要立足于新发展格局,在粤港澳大湾区建设背景下建设全国文化消费中心城市,着力提升文化消费水平,降低城乡文化消费差距,强化文化产品供给,加强文化业态创新,分类施策鼓励不同收入群体文化消费,优化文化消费环境。

In the new era,Guangzhou should follow the new development pattern,build a national cultural consumption center city in the context of the construction of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,focus on improving the level of cultural consumption,reducing the gap between urban and rural cultural consumption,strengthening the supply of cultural products,enhancing the innovation of cultural industry,encouraging the cultural consumption of different income groups with classified policies,and optimizing the cultural consumption environment.
