The typical cases released by the Shanghai High Court show the Shanghai courts give full play to the normative，leading，and guaranteeing role of judicial adjudication in cultivating and practicing socialist core values. However，it also revealed that the use of socialist core values to interpret the law and reasoning in civil judgment documents still had problems such as nuclear understanding of nature and improper application methods. Since the constitution stipulated the socialist core values，more and more laws gradually have listed them for legislative purposes. The nature of its legal source in individual cases also depends on the transformation of specific core values in normative legal documents，and the socialist core values are similar to legal principles. It can improve the methods and paths of integrating socialist core values into judicial judgments from five aspects：establishing principles，classifying case types，clarifying normative status，subdividing adjudication situations，and standardizing adjudication language.
