Therefore，it is necessary to base itself on the work practice in Shanghai. And at the same time，based on a comprehensive inspection of the data compliance work of the world’s major economies such as the United States and the European Union，it is necessary to recognize the internal challenges and external pressures of corporate data compliance and blind spots of supervision of public data compliance，carefully summarize the pain points and difficulties existing in the data compliance supervision of the procuratorial organs. Proposing the exploration of smart supervision of the data compliance of market entities，implementing public data storage and applicable compliance supervision，strengthening the “meta-supervision” of cross-border administrative supervision of data，and studying and arranging the legal supervision in the era of “digital holography” in advance，are combined to improve the countermeasures and suggestions for the data compliance work of procuratorial organs.
