新能源汽车电动化、网联化、智能化的加速推进,为智慧城市、智能交通与智能汽车融合发展带来全新的思路,同时,智慧城市、智能交通与智能汽车融合发展也已成为新能源汽车下一阶段变革发展的必然趋势。当前,北京、武汉等城市正加强智慧城市、智能交通与智能汽车融合发展的探索与实践,开展城市智能基础设施规划建设,搭建汇聚动静态数据的车城网平台,面向汽车、交通和城市落地多样化示范应用,推动相关领域的关键技术和产业发展,努力打造集技术、产业、数据、应用、标准等于一体的融合发展体系。但智慧城市、智能交通与智能汽车融合发展仍面临协同机制不完善、跨领域融合发展不成熟、部分标准文件缺乏等问题,还需政企多方持续发力,尽快建立跨部门协同机制,推动跨领域、跨行业多元协同合作,支持创新应用模式先行先试,研究制定统一的标准体系。
<<The acceleration of electrification,connecting and intelligence of new energy vehicles has brought new ideas for the integrated development of smart cities,intelligent transportation and intelligent vehicles. At the same time,the integrated development of smart cities,smart transportation and intelligent vehicles has also become an inevitable trend in the next stage of the transformation and development of new energy vehicles. Now,Beijing,Wuhan and other cities are strengthening the exploration and practice of the integrated development of smart cities,intelligent transportation and intelligent vehicles,carrying out the planning and construction of urban intelligent infrastructure,building a vehicle-city-network platform aggregating dynamic and static data,aiming at the implementation of diversified demonstration applications in automobiles,transportation and cities,promoting the development of key technologies and industries in related fields and striving to create an integrated development system that integrates technology,industry,data,application and standard. However,the integrated development of smart cities,intelligent transportation and intelligent vehicles still encounters some problems such as imperfect coordination mechanism,immature cross-domain integration and development as well as lack of some standard documents. In addition,it is also necessary for the government and enterprises to continue to make efforts to establish a cross-departmental coordination mechanism as soon as possible,promote cross-field and cross-industry cooperation,support the pilot test of innovative application models,research and formulate a unified standard system.
