辽宁省目前已经形成了文旅品牌、乡村旅游品牌、文化遗产品牌、冬旅品牌、文化“云”品牌等,文化品牌在规模和质量方面均日趋成熟。然而,辽宁省的文化品牌建设在顶层设计、资源挖掘、服务质量、IP打造等方面还存在提升空间,需加强文旅融合的政策引导,规范统计工作,提升服务质量,强化品牌化建设,将既有优势做深做大做强,构建符合时代、市场、人民需求的文化品牌体系。

However,there is still more work to do in the top-level design,resource mining,service quality and IP building of cultural brand construction in Liaoning Province. It is necessary to strengthen the policy guidance of cultural tourism integration,standardize statistical work,improve service quality,strengthen brand construction,deepen,expand and strengthen the existing advantages,and build a cultural brand system that meets the needs of the times,the market and the people.
