Among them，Liaoning province has certain typicality and reference significance in the exploration of cultural industry development. In this paper，the development status and achievements of Liaoning cultural industry are analyzed and successful experience is summarized. At the same time，the reasons for not being in the first echelon are deeply analyzed，and feasible development strategies are put forward from the perspective of the government and employees.
