International students are a special group of talents，who are extremely valuable for scientific and technological development in a city，a country，and a region，and constitute one of the main sources for Guangzhou to build an international talents highland. Guangzhou urgently needs to improve the attractiveness of “Study Abroad in Guangzhou” at all levels，in order to improve the ability of scientific and technological innovation，drive the development of new high-tech industries，and ensure the vitality of technological innovation-based economy.
