    2021年中国儿童教育发展报告

    摘要

    2021年是中国教育特别是儿童教育发展的关键之年,“十四五”经济社会发展规划全面启动,中国儿童教育进入高质量发展新阶段,探索中国式教育现代化成为未来一个时期儿童教育发展的战略主题。2021年,“双减”工作全面展开,为儿童教育发展创设了更加有利的社会环境。《家庭教育促进法》正式颁布,使家庭教育进入依法带娃的新时代,学校家庭社会协同育人更加有法可依。《义务教育课程方案和课程标准(2022年版)》颁布,为落实儿童教育和儿童健康发展目标提供保障。中央政府和各地方政府在推进儿童教育和儿童发展方面取得新进展、新突破和新成就,中国儿童教育高质量发展的局面正在形成。

    Abstract

    2021 was a critical year for the development of China’s education,especially for children’s education. This year was also the start of the 14th Five-Year Plan,which has made a promise to bring Chinese children’s education into a new stage of high-quality development. Therefore,exploring the modernization of Chinese-style education has become a strategy for the development of children’s education in the future. In 2021,the “double reduction” policy rolled out,creating a more favorable social environment for children’s education. The Family Education Promotion Law was officially promulgated,which marked a new era of child upbringing in accordance with the law,meaning that the coordinated education at school,in families and society has more laws to abide by. The Compulsory Education Curriculum Program and Curriculum Standards(2022) will ensure the implementation of children’s education and children’s healthy development goals. The central government and local authorities are making constant progress,with new breakthroughs and achievements in promoting children’s education and development,and the high-quality development of children’s education in China is taking shape.
