2021年以来,业界一系列举动推动元宇宙热潮的到来,XR、沉浸式社交及AI技术的发展和革新都迎来新的机遇和挑战。元宇宙依赖诸多新媒介技术的发展和驱动,将为用户带来全新的沉浸式体验,也带来最为严重的媒介化体验。因此,要警惕元宇宙用户过度依赖沉浸感知可能带来理性探求的缺失。与此同时,元宇宙鼓励用户自主创作与虚实共融共生的多元文化表达,也将带来新的监管压力。基于元宇宙发展现状及其给传媒业可能带来的影响,本报告提出元宇宙应用于传媒业的前景展望和对策建议。
<<Metaverse was brought into focus after a series of big movements in the related areas in 2021,which brought new opportunities and challenges for the development and innovation of XR,immersive social medias and AI technologies. The metaverse relies on the development of many new media technologies,which will bring users a new immersive experience,as well as the mediated experience. We should be on the alert that over-reliance on immersive perception may lead to the loss of rational exploration. Meanwhile,metaverse encourages users to create their own multicultural expressions that integrate the virtual and the real,which will also bring pressure on legislation and regulatory. Based on the development of the metaverse and its possible impact on the media industry,this report puts forward the prospect and countermeasures of the metaverse applied in the media industry.
