    2015~2020年世界钢铁企业技术创新效率

    摘要

    面对行业竞争与环境监管要求,世界代表性钢铁企业坚持以技术创新的软实力引领全行业技术发展。对代表性钢铁企业进行研究有利于为世界钢铁企业技术创新绩效的提高提供分析框架和政策参考。本文基于2015~2020年世界29家代表性钢铁企业的面板数据进行技术创新效率研究。构建钢铁企业技术创新效率的投入和产出评价指标体系,并利用依据主成分分析法计算的投入和产出得分衡量钢铁企业技术创新的投入与产出;采用DEA-Malmquist指数法和Super-SBM模型,描述钢铁企业技术创新效率的动态变化趋势和静态特征;利用依据Super-SBM模型得出的技术创新效率值衡量技术创新水平并进行排名,构建面板Tobit回归模型探究影响钢铁企业技术创新效率的主要因素。研究发现,82。8%的钢铁企业技术创新投入呈上升趋势。样本企业的技术创新效率均在0。9以上,89。7%的钢铁企业技术创新效率在研究期间表现平稳,10。3%呈下降趋势。各企业的技术创新效率差距不大。当期毛利润、专利数量等对企业技术创新效率具有正向影响,而研发投入占比、资产规模存在显著的负向影响。基于理论分析的结论,建议各国政府积极构建钢铁科技创新中心,企业积极引进先进技术并不断改革深化,注重专利质量的改进,从而提高钢铁企业的技术创新效率。

    Abstract

    In the face of industry competition and environmental regulatory requirements,the world’s representative Iron & Steel companies insist on leading the technological development of the industry with the soft power of technological innovation. The research on representative Iron & Steel enterprises is beneficial to provide analytical framework and policy thinking for the improvement of technological innovation performance of world steel enterprises. This report conducts research on technological innovation efficiency based on panel data of 29 representative companies from 2015 to 2020. Construct the input and output evaluation index system of technological innovation efficiency of Iron&Steel enterprises,and use the input and output scores calculated by principal component analysis to measure the input and output of technological innovation. The DEA-Malquist index method combined with the Super-SBM model is used to describe the dynamic trend and static characteristics of the technological innovation efficiency of Iron&Steel enterprises;the technological innovation efficiency value obtained based on the Super-SBM model is used to measure the technological innovation level and rank,and a panel Tobit regression was constructed. The model explored the main factors affecting the technological innovation efficiency of Iron&Steel enterprises. The study found that 82.8% of enterprises’ technological innovation investment showed an upward trend. The average value of technological innovation efficiency of enterprises is above 0.9,89.7% of enterprises’ technological innovation efficiency showed a stable performance during the study period,and 10.3% showed a downward trend. The average difference in technological innovation efficiency among enterprises is not large. The current gross profit,the number of patents,etc. have a positive impact,while the proportion of R&D investment and firms’ assets have a negative impact on the efficiency of enterprises. Based on the conclusion of theoretical analysis,it is suggested that governments of countries actively build Iron &Steel technology innovation centers,enterprises introduce technology and continuously deepen reforms,and pay attention to the improvement of patent quality,so as to improve the technological innovation efficiency of Iron&Steel enterprises.
