    1988~2020年世界钢铁贸易与生产技术的区位差异

    摘要

    世界钢铁产业贸易的区位特征有何不同?世界钢铁产业的重心如何转移,钢铁产业在全球不同国家的技术发展历程以及技术创新特点有何不同?每次重大技术变革的主要推动因素是什么?回答以上问题才能更加完整地理解钢铁产业技术发展规律,把握钢铁产业技术创新的未来趋势,推进产业重大技术变革。本文首先利用世界各国钢铁产品贸易数据来定量分析各国钢铁产业之间的区位差异、技术演进以及钢铁产业贸易的趋势等问题。研究发现:一个国家的钢铁产业起伏与其工业化进程以及国际经济形势紧密相关;但是钢铁国际市场规模缩小不一定意味着钢铁产业趋于势弱,因为它也与钢铁国际市场的不断细分紧密相关,如涂层技术创新使中国中高端产品的净出口贸易值呈不断增加趋势。其次,通过对德国、瑞典、日本、韩国、美国、中国这些代表性国家的钢铁产业发展历程和技术创新特点进行比较分析,得出“现在乃至未来很长一段时间内世界钢铁的生产中心都将会是中国”的结论并对各国不同发展路径中值得借鉴的经验进行总结分析。对上述问题的研究有利于理解钢铁生产技术在全球范围内的演进与区位差异,把握未来技术发展趋势。 <<

    Abstract

    How does the world steel industry evolve,regenerate and transfer?What are the main drivers of each major technological change?What are the evolution and location differences of steel industry in the world?Only by answering the above questions can we fully understand the law of technological development of iron and steel industry,grasp the future trend of technological innovation of iron and steel industry,and promote the major technological reform of the industry. First of all,through carding global steel production technology evolution,the qualitative analysis of the trend of the iron and steel industry transfer,and points out that the industrial technology innovation center is shift will shift to Asia,at the same time to predict the future development direction for the whole life of green technology development cycle,clean and low carbon technology will deeply integrated into the intelligent manufacturing technology such as product design. Secondly,the trade of steel products in the world is used to quantitatively analyze the location difference and technological evolution among industries. The results show that the ups and downs of a country’s steel industry are closely related to its industrialization process and international economic policies. However,the narrowing of the international steel market does not necessarily mean that the steel industry is weak,but also closely related to the segmentation of the international steel market-for example,China’s export of high-end products due to coating technology innovation is on the rise. Finally,through summarizing and comparing the development paths of steel industry technology in Europe,Japan and South Korea,the United States,China and other typical countries,the experience worth learning in different development paths is found,such as the similarities and differences between China and Japan and South Korea’s steel industry development models. The research on the above issues is helpful to understand the evolution and location difference of steel production technology in the global scope and grasp the future development trend of technology.
