With the reform of administrative system and the construction of harmonious society,solving the conundrum of urban mobile vendor management becomes the focus of the Shanghai urban construction problems.In recently years,effective exploration of mobile vendor management in Hong Kong provides a beneficial reference for Shanghai.In this article,we first define the mobile vendors from the point of circulation economy,employee and management features,and then discriminate the rationality and inevitability of the existence of street vendors.On this basis,we got the Management philosophy and strategy of the mobile vendors in Hong Kong from the management framework,policy management,urban management regulations,service concept and management mobile vendors involved in day-to-day management.The experience in Hong Kong provide new ideas for Shanghai's mobile vendor management,that we should plan the mobile vendor management organization as a whole; establish flexible management policy; improve the legal system construction; twist the thinking of mobile vendor management and strengthen the management of mobile vendor's self-discipline,etc. <<
