以工作家庭资源模型为理论基础,本研究基于对北京市98对双职工伴侣的配对调查,探讨了员工的家务活动对其工作创新行为的影响。结果发现:①员工的家务活动对其创意产生行为具有显著负向影响,对其创意执行行为的影响不显著;②家庭工作冲突部分中介了家务活动对其创意产生行为的影响,完全中介了家务活动对其创意执行行为的影响;③经验开放性调节了家庭→工作冲突对创意产生行为的影响,也调节了家庭→工作冲突在家务活动和创意产生行为间的中介效应。
<<Based on the Work-home Resources model,the study aims to explore how housework influence employees’ creative behaviors through family-to-work conflict. Conducting a survey of 98 couples from Beijing who are dual-employed,we found that:(1)housework predict employees’ idea generation behaviors negatively,but not predict idea implementation behaviors;(2)family-to-work conflict mediated partly the relationship between housework and idea generation behaviors,mediated completely the relationship between housework and idea implementation behaviors;(3)openness to experience moderated the relationship between family-to-work conflict and idea generation behaviors,and also positively moderated the indirect effect of housework on idea generation behaviors through family-to-work conflict.
