学徒制由来已久,为应对新兴市场的出现以及传统学徒制在开展过程中所遇到的瓶颈,人社部开展企业新型学徒制试点工作。本文通过案例研究的方法,以北京市五个试点企业为着力点对这一新兴模式的试行过程与作用机制、效果进行了分析论证。研究表明,新型学徒制对企业竞争力有显著的促进作用:新型学徒制首先通过企业知识文化的构建改变组织整体氛围,从环境入手进一步作用于内部能力,通过向动态能力的转换实现对企业竞争力的提升与促进。企业在推行新型学徒制模式的过程中扮演着重要角色,认识到这一新型模式对于企业竞争力的重要影响有助于校企双方实现过程上的良好合作与结果上的有效执行。
<<The emergence of apprenticeships has a long history in China,in response to the emergence of the emerging markets as well as traditional apprenticeship in conducting process bottlenecks encountered. The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security have carried out pilot work on new enterprise apprenticeships. Through the method of case study,this paper analyzes and demonstrates the trial process,action mechanism and effect of this emerging model with five pilot enterprises in Beijing as the focus. Research shows that the new apprenticeship system has a significant role in promoting the competitiveness of enterprises:the new apprenticeship system first changes the overall atmosphere of the organization through the construction of enterprise knowledge and culture,starts from the environment and further acts on internal capabilities,and realizes the competitiveness of enterprises through the transformation to dynamic capabilities. promotion and promotion.
