Based on the analysis of the census data of the service facilities related to home care in Beijing in 2020，the current situation of the use of three types of existing service facilities in different functional areas of Beijing is studied，and the service object，service content，operation management and charge status are deeply analyzed. The conclusions are drawn and relevant suggestions are put forward based on the Special Plan of Beijing Pension Service（2021-2035），providing reference for the sustainable development of pension facilities.
