As an important part of socialist culture，public culture is an important guarantee to promote the general public to realize the sense of cultural acquisition and happiness. This report systematically combs the current situation and problems of public cultural services in Beijing in 2021，and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions. Specifically include：First，establish scientific local public cultural service standards and improve the level of public cultural services. Second，promote coordinated regional development and strengthen the integration of urban and rural services. Third，introduce social forces to jointly build，govern and share，and expand the space for public participation.
