过多的作业和校外培训已成为我国中小学生健康成长和教育生态运行的沉重负担,针对这一问题,国家提出并落实“双减”这一具有重大意义的政策。作为教育改革的先行地,北京市在“双减”工作落实进程中的实践经验具有引领与参照价值。目前,北京市推出多项措施,致力于减轻学生作业负担、提升课后服务质量、规范校外培训、提升学校教育质量、完善协同机制,已经收获了校内提质与校外规范、法治思维与规范管理、全面统筹与局部试点、全面监管与多方联动等经验,但在形成正确教育观念、促进学生全面发展、提升学校教育水平以及营造协同育人环境等方面仍需继续努力。
<<The homework and off-campus training of primary and secondary school students in my country have become a heavy burden for students’ physical and mental growth and educational ecological operation. In response to this,the state has proposed and implemented the “double reduction” policy of great significance. As the forerunner of education reform,Beijing’s practical experience in the implementation of the “double reduction” work has guiding and reference value. At present,Beijing has launched a number of measures to reduce the workload of students,improve the quality of after-school services,regulate off-campus training,optimize the quality of school education,and improve the coordination mechanism. However,there is still a need to continue efforts in forming a correct educational concept,promoting the all-round development of students,improving the level of school education,and creating a collaborative education environment.
