Guangxi should actively integrate into the industrial cooperation system of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area by taking the promotion of the in-depth connection between the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain as the main direction of such effort. It’s also important to focus on the leading industrial chain of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area，and give full play to its unique role as a connector between the Greater Bay Area and ASEAN，relying on its own resource endowment and industrial foundation. From a long-term perspective，taking the promotion of the formation of interest linkages between enterprises and governments in Guangdong and Guangxi as the starting point，efforts will be made to establish or improve relevant chains for the “short board”. Guangxi should actively undertake the transfer of emerging industries and traditional industries in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area，create an industrial chain and supply chain of “Greater Bay Area R&D + Beibu Gulf Manufacturing + ASEAN Assembly”，and promote the advancement of industrial base and modernization of industrial chain. All these efforts will serve to improve the competitiveness of the system in promoting the integration of Guangdong and Guangxi industries into the new development pattern of dual circulation.
