Under the current development background of strong demand for housing rental and scene differentiation，the housing rental community model has become a breakthrough to solve the current housing demand problem effectively. The centralized development of housing rental community is an effective way to meet the housing demand of new public groups. Through the monitoring of the national housing rental industry brand index and the dynamic national housing rental benchmark rent price index，this article believes that the trend of community development of my country’s housing rental industry is that housing resources will be concentrated in large numbers，products will become diversified and rich，housing management and rental period will stabilize. The common problems facing the current industry are the challenges of platform operation，regulation and public services.
