Results：the professional division of medical consumables in SPD mode was realized，the access of consumables was legal and compliant，the supply of consumables was automatically distributed on demand，the settlement after use，the use and consumption of consumables were linked with medical insurance，and the comprehensive traceability of medical consumables was controlled. Conclusion：lean management of medical consumables can effectively improve the management level of medical consumables and reduce costs.
