This paper introduces the classification of artificial heart valves，the mechanical valves，surgical biological valves and interventional valves that have been approved in China，as well as various new interventional valve replacement or repair device in the research and development. In addition，it also introduces a number of excellent interventional heart valve R&D companies in China. In addition，the number of patients with four kinds of heart valve diseases and the current treatment status are analyzed，and it is proposed that the demand for various interventional valve replacement or repair devices will be increasing in the future. This paper reveals the current situation of China’s heart valve device industry. The research on four kinds of interventional valve replacement and repair equipment is in the ascendant in China. The market demand of heart valve is large. The research and development of interventional aortic valve and interventional mitral valve is the main，and interventional pulmonary valve and interventional tricuspid valve are also competing for development. The development and application of interventional valve is the development trend of heart valve industry in the future. It is proposed that the development of interventional valves with independent intellectual property rights is an important task and direction for Chinese heart valve R&D company. It is the mission and vision of China’s heart valve industry to import replacement and enter the international market.
