推进产业与数据资源要素、信息技术融合,深化数字经济在产业建设和升级转型中的应用,是我国经济发展的必然趋势。数字化人才是企业数字化升级转型的核心推动力,建设数字化人才队伍有利于缓解人才要素制约、构建数字经济新生态。围绕如何做好粤港澳大湾区数字化人才队伍建设,进而推动数字化产业发展这一核心问题,本文总结了当前大湾区数字化人才队伍发展现状,分析了大湾区在数字化人才队伍建设中存在的问题,并提出了相应的政策建议。

Digital talents are the core driving force for the digital upgrading and transformation of enterprises. Building a digital talent team is conducive to alleviating the constraints of talent elements and constructing a new ecology of the digital economy. Focusing on the core issue of how to build a digital talent team and promote the development of the digital industry in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,this article summarizes the current development status of the digital talent team,analyzes the existing problems in the construction of the digital talent team in Greater Bay Area and puts forward corresponding policy recommendations.
