<<The short video industry maintains rapid development,and constantly realizes content optimization constantly,channel expansion,and marketing innovation,etc. Based on CSM’s 2021 short video user value survey data,this paper analyzes the user group portraits of the short video industry,user usage behaviors and habits,user content needs and preferences,user cognition and evaluation of the platform,and short video business monetization process,etc.,to deeply interpret the current short video user ecology and maximize user value. At the same time,it focuses on the user contact and experience of TV media short videos to provide reference for the innovative development of the short video industry and the development of media integration.
