This report is in accordance with the evaluation index system of local government's ability of basic public service to Reveal the Satisfaction of the ability of basic public service of major cities in china by researching the changes of annual data between 2011-2012 and 2010-2011 after an system assessment and comparative study of local public service situation in 38 major cities(including Municipalities、Provincial capitals、Special Economic Zones and Cities specifically designated in the state plan). we also have an comparative analysis based on the assessment of the situation about the satisfaction of basic public services in different types of cities and different criteria. The satisfaction of basic public services evaluation score in Eastern city is higher than the central and western form the overall. There is still has a great deal of roomage for improvement on the public service work of four special economic zones along with larger internal imbalances. Indicators score and the average satisfaction scores of municipalities is the highest among four types of cities which are involved with this assessment. <<
