The business of healthcare for elderly people is deeply analyzed in this paper. Based on CCRC concept，this business model both in US and Japan are carefully studied and its features in these two nations are scrutinized by literature research and case analyses. Through the practice from these two countries，a tentative scheme of healthcare for the elderly in China is redesigned with taking Chinese characteristics into full consideration.
