随着人口老龄化、环境污染的加剧,以及生活质量的提升和消费结构的升级,人们对“健康、愉快、长寿”的追求越来越强烈,在政策指引、人民需求下,康养旅游业迎来了重大发展机遇。云南省石屏县龙韵养生谷康养项目正是抓住这一重大机遇获得了快速发展,但其在发展过程中也暴露出市场目标定位不明确、产品和服务质量有待提高、市场营销方式较为单一、人力资源管理存在不足、设施设备有待改进等诸多问题。针对上述问题,本报告提出了针对性的对策建议,对于推动龙韵养生谷康养项目进一步发展具有一定的参考和借鉴价值。
