A mature entrepreneurial ecosystem is an important prerequisite for the prosperity of local entrepreneurship. The survey found that the current Yunnan health and wellness tourism industry entrepreneurial ecosystem has the following characteristics in terms of entrepreneurial impact and entrepreneurial environment：（1）Yunnan health and wellness tourism entrepreneurship can effectively promote local employment and foster regional business expansion，but shows a lack of innovation；（2）The entrepreneurial environment of the health and wellness tourism industry in Yunnan Province is not ideal. Among them，the aspect of social culture has certain promotion effect；the aspects of internal market and entrepreneurial financing are relatively negative；and other aspects such as entrepreneurial policies，government support，entrepreneurial education，industry-research collaboration，infrastructure and services are neither positive nor negative，having no obvious promotion effect. Accordingly，we recommend that relevant institutions further encourage innovation and upgrade the entrprenurial environment，and actively build a model benchmark for health and wellness tourism entrepreneurship，so as to promote the province’s health and wellness tourism entrepreneurship to a new level.
