康养旅游住宿业是康养旅游产业链中的主要依托领域和重要盈利环节，有别于传统住宿业，它是一个多维度复合概念。云南省是发展康养旅游住宿的重点区域，除省会城市昆明外，可以在全省范围内开展多点布局。康养旅游住宿的主要消费群体为65岁及以上的老年慢性病群体、30～50岁的中青年亚健康群体、存在健康隐患的少年儿童群体、存在心理健康隐患的各年龄段群体。未来这一产业的发展将随着社会经济的发展不断呈现新的趋势。
