Only by improving the satisfaction of tourists can the sustainable and healthy development of Yunnan’s health tourism industry be better realized. To this end，16 prefectures and cities in Yunnan Province were selected as the research objects，and the online and offline methods were used to conduct a satisfaction survey on health tourism tourists going to Yunnan Province in 2020，and compare the results of the satisfaction survey in 2019. The comparison found that the overall satisfaction of health tourism tourists in Yunnan Province showed a good trend，with an overall increase of 0.46 points，and many factors showed an increasing trend. Among them，the satisfaction of environmental perception ranked first，and the satisfaction of tourist facilities was also Significantly higher，but the shopping product prices and accommodation prices in the Kangyang tourism process brought low satisfaction to tourists. At the same time，from the spatial point of view，the Kangyang tourism satisfaction of each city shows both satisfaction and dissatisfaction. Lijiang，Kunming，Dali，and Xishuangbanna have the highest tourist satisfaction，while other regions are relatively low. In response to the main problems，corresponding improvement suggestions were put forward in terms of environmental perception，scenic spot services，health and wellness experience，tourist facilities and consumption value.
