我国康养旅游快速扩张,这一过程中需要大量人力资源支撑产业发展。然而,关于我国康养旅游专业人才开发方面的研究和理论规范远远落后于市场需求和企业实践。据此,本报告通过对七个省份十八家康养旅游企业进行实地调研,走访两个省份康养旅游相关行业主管部门及一家康养旅游协会组织,采用深度访谈及扎根理论研究范式中编码的质性研究方法,归纳了我国现阶段康养旅游人才开发中出现的普遍问题,并根据对成功案例的实践探索,提出政府、学校、企业和科研机构多方联动,从人才规划、人才培养及师资力量三个方面助力我国康养旅游人才开发的对策建议。
<<During the rapid expansion of China’s health tourism,a large number of human resources are needed to support industrial development. However,the researches and theoretical norms in the field of health tourism in China are far behind market demand and corporate practices. Accordingly,this study conducted field surveys on 18 health and wellness tourism companies in 7 provinces,visited 2 provincial tourism-related authorities and 1 tourism association,and adopted qualitative research methods such as in-depth interviews and codings for grounded theory research. The research summarizes the common problems in the development of health tourism talents in China at this stage and based on the practical exploration of successful cases,proposes the multi-party linkage of the government,schools,enterprises,and scientific research institutions,from talent planning,talent training,and faculty. Three countermeasures and suggestions are provided for the development of health tourism talents in China.
