Since China launched the retail imports of cross-border e-commerce in 2012 and the construction of the integrated pilot zones for cross-border e-commerce in 2015，cross-border e-commerce has flourished as a new format and new model of international trade and has also received widespread attention from various sectors. In recent years，the cross-border e-commerce industry in Zhengzhou integrated pilot zones has developed rapidly，and the achievements of innovative development have been remarkable，and it has become an indicator leading and driving the innovative development of cross-border e-commerce in Henan Province and the whole country. This report briefly summarizes the development process and establishment significance of the integrated pilot zones and summarizes the current situation and innovative practices of cross-border e-commerce development in the three integrated pilot zones of Zhengzhou City，Luoyang City and Nanyang City in Henan Province. It also analyses the existing problems，and finally puts forward suggestions for the high-quality development of Henan cross-border e-commerce integrated pilot zones.
